a whole landscape of expression profiling in human brains for six neuropsychiatric disorders

Neuropsychiatric disorders are all complex diseases which are prevalent these years and place a great burden on families and society. A comprehensive research about such diseases is urgently needed. Here we developed a database which focuses on transcriptome profiles analyses of 6 complex neuropsychiatric disorders: Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease.

In this database, we collected totally 8317 human brain samples across 21 brain regions ranging from embryonic stages to late adulthood of six complex neuropsychiatric disorders, containing 427 SCZs, 312 BDs, 219 MDDs, 53 ASDs, 765 ADs, 163 PDs and 6378 healthy controls(no neuropsychiatric-affected), derived from 48 datasets in either microarrays or high-throughput RNA sequencing library types from GEO, ArrayExpress, SMRIDB, GTEx, ROSMAP and PsychENCODE project.
